Personal Lines Account Assistant

O’Neill Insurance is seeking a highly motivated, ambitious, positive and detail-oriented Personal Lines Insurance Account Assistant to join our team. This position assists the Personal Lines Account Managers in delivering a best-in-class client experience by conducting daily clerical and processing functions, generating accurate and timely work, delivering high-quality service, and acting in accordance with The O’Neill Way, our high-performing, award-winning culture.

Personal Account Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily administrative and processing functions
  • Generate accurate and timely work
  • Work closely with Personal Account Managers to deliver a best-in-class client experience

Commercial Lines Account Assistant

O’Neill Insurance is seeking a detail-oriented, positive, and self-motivated professional assistant to join their Commercial Lines Team. The person in this role will work closely with the Commercial Account Managers in delivering a best-in-class client experience by providing administrative support, producing accurate and timely work, and acting in accordance with The O’Neill Way, our high-performing, award-winning culture.

Commercial Account Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of insurance forms and documents
  • Use Agency Management System to update and document client files
  • Communicate with clients and insurance companies
  • Assist clients with billing questions
  • Assist Commercial Account Managers as needed to retain and sell business

Commercial Account Executive

O’Neill Insurance is seeking a Commercial Account Manager / Executive to work alongside a team of dedicated, talented, and enthusiastic people driven to provide a best-in-class client experience. This position conducts coverage analysis for commercial prospects and clients, and makes recommendations to the Risk Advisor, coordinating efforts and introducing resources to control or mitigate risk exposures. In addition, this position builds both deep and broad relationships within the client’s organization, delivers high-quality service, and acts in accordance with The O’Neill Way, our high-performing, award-winning culture.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • 5+ years of experience in the insurance industry
  • Commercial insurance knowledge
  • Active property and casualty license in the state of Ohio
