Job Summary

The Receptionist/Administrative Assistant position will involve answering the phones and forwarding calls to correct employees, providing customer service to agency clients, greeting office visitors throughout the day, data entry, and other additional administrative duties as directed.

The hours to start are in the afternoons only, from 1:00-5:00 PM, Monday-Friday. Current receptionist moving to part-time status as part of retirement transition, and will be available for all training.

Primary Job Responsibilities:
  • Immediately greet all customers entering the office or calling by phone, in a friendly and helpful manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Provide on-going support to insurance clients as needed
  • Enter data as needed into our agency management system
