The Benefits Account Executive position is a client-facing, highly visible role in the agency. The purpose of the position is to provide professional, first class Group Benefits expertise to existing clients and prospects. The ultimate goal is to assist in retaining current clients, and to aggressively grow the Benefits Department by providing the support and strong technical skills necessary to write new clients.
The Benefits Account Executive position is the primary service contact for clients and is responsible for client satisfaction and retention. This position is expected to build strong relationships with clients and carriers, and consistently provide excellent customer service and leadership to accounts, as well as represent client needs and goals.
