Job Summary

O’Neill Insurance is looking for a part-time Marketing Coordinator to oversee the organization’s marketing program. This primarily involves developing and implementing strategies to continue to strengthen the company’s market presence and help it find a voice that will make a difference.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with a passion for the job, and able to employ unique marketing techniques and strategies to drive creativity.

  • Oversee implementation of the marketing strategy, including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR
  • Produce valuable content for the company’s online presence and publications including digital client newsletters
  • Work closely with the company’s sales team, enabling them to meet their objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials and presentations
  • Manage and maintain company website and align content to SEO strategy
  • Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition
  • Degree in business administration, marketing, communications or relevant field is preferred, but not required
  • Copywriting and graphic design experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Up to speed with current and online marketing techniques and best practices
  • Thorough knowledge of web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, etc.) and Google Adwords
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite preferred
