Job Summary

O’Neill Insurance, a growing insurance agency in Wadsworth, Ohio, is seeking a Small Business Account Manager to work alongside a team of dedicated, talented, and enthusiastic professionals to assist in retaining clients and writing new business. The person in this role will work closely with Producers and other Account Managers in delivering an extraordinary experience through managing the day-to-day service for clients’ insurance programs.

Responsibilities:
  • Build relationships with clients, teammates, and insurance carriers
  • Conduct coverage analysis for new small business prospects and current small business clients
  • Coordinate efforts and introduce resources to control or mitigate risk exposures
  • Deliver exceptional and timely service
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience managing or servicing commercial accounts
  • Strong team mentality
  • Ability to grasp new concepts/automation quickly
  • Excellent and professional communication skills
  • Commercial underwriting knowledge
  • Drive to continually increase insurance knowledge and stay up-to-date on current trends and topics in the marketplace
  • Active Property and Casualty license
