The person in this role will work closely with Producers and other Account Managers in delivering an extraordinary experience through managing the day-to-day service for clients’ insurance programs.

Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with clients, teammates, and insurance carriers
- Conduct coverage analysis for new small business prospects and current small business clients
- Coordinate efforts and introduce resources to control or mitigate risk exposures
- Deliver exceptional and timely service
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience managing or servicing commercial accounts
- Strong team mentality
- Ability to grasp new concepts/automation quickly
- Excellent and professional communication skills
- Commercial underwriting knowledge
- Drive to continually increase insurance knowledge and stay up-to-date on current trends and topics in the marketplace
- Active Property and Casualty license
