Meet our Panelists:

Linda S. Wilkins, Esq., MSPOD, SPHR, SHRM-SCP

Linda started her career as a labor and employment attorney, representing management exclusively.  In her legal practice, she counselled both public and private employers about legal compliance and the full range of Human Resources topics.  Since 2005, she has been certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources.  In 2016, Linda earned a Master’s Degree in Positive Organizational Development and Change from The Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.  Linda has worked as an in-house HR professional in unionized environments since 2012.  She currently provides leadership development, coaching and Human Resource consultation services to employers through her consulting firm, PositivelyHR.   

Bruce Hendrick

Bruce Hendrick’s career has spanned software development, pressure-sensitive adhesives, ceramic tile, electronic manufacturing, and professional training and coaching. He’s a senior business trainer and coach with over 32 years’ experience running companies and teams of all kinds, sharing his deep trust-building acumen along the way. He founded Building Trust, LLC in 2008 and trains coaches, writes blogs and speaks nationally to help leaders strengthen business relationships and get more done with less stress. 

Additionally, Bruce is the CEO and Owner of RBB in Wooster, which builds mission-critical electronic assemblies for many industries and was recently recognized as the Wooster Area Chamber of Commerce’s 2019 Business of the Year. A resident of Doylestown, Ohio, Bruce serves on the boards of NAMI Wayne/Holmes Counties, Wayne College Community Advisory, The Wooster Area Chamber, and Zion Industries. 

Patrick O’Neill

Patrick O’Neill is the President, CEO, and Chief Culture Officer at O’Neill Insurance, a risk management and insurance firm in Wadsworth, Ohio. With over 30 years of experience in leadership, business management, finance, marketing and sales – Patrick believes a high performing culture is the key to building a sustainable competitive advantage in the marketplace. Patrick is a licensed consultant of CultureWise, a complete end-to-end operating system for culture. 

Patrick is an active member of the community, volunteering for numerous boards including the Summa Health Foundation and St. Sebastian Parish Foundation. In addition, Patrick is an alumni member of Leadership Akron, and current member of Portage Country Club.
